2016
2016 saw the first stand alone Club Show for many years, mainly due to the generosity of Hound Association who kindly offered us back to back shows with their Championship show in August. Previous to this our Club Show had been held in conjunction with Hunting Dogs of Ancient Egypt, the Open show for the EIHC. Our judge for the day was a breed specialist and fabulous artist Gabriele Schroeter. She had an amazing entry of 21 with just 2 absentees. We had a long delay before judging which meant our BOB for HA missed the Club show to appear in the Group for the Ch show, but lessons were learned and 2017 will see us in the ring in the morning and with a prominent ring by the Pavillion. Thanks once again to HA for offering us this opportunity. We also held a raffle for ASNAS (Association for the Support of North African Sloughis)which raised £60 towards vaccinations and wormers for the breed in their countries of origin. This worth while charity is orgnised by Dominique de Caprona.
