Once again we were unable to justify holding a stand alone show so we were grateful that The English Ibizan Hound Club allowed us to have our club show as part of the Hunting Dogs of Ancient Egypt show, this was held in conjunction with the City of Birmingham show.

This was a bittersweet occasion this year  as the organiser of the HDoAE show and a great supporter of our breed, Mr Grant Carter, sadly lost his battle with cancer and passed away just weeks before the show. He will be mssed enormously.  

Our thanks go to the Committee of EIHC for their continued support. 

Our judge for this occasion was Mr Richard Gunn  (Katanga). We had an entry of five dogs and thankfully all were present on the day.

Congratulations to Heidi with Yoski (Xandu Schuru Wsch Schams) for their Best Dog and Best of Breed. This meant that they were Best in Show for the Sloughi Club Show. They ultimately then went on to win Best in Show for The Hunting Dogs of Ancient Egypt Show
